The hotels car park is limited and chargeable at £21.00 per night for direct bookers.
It is served on a first come first served basis.
We will inform you upon check in if parking is available.
Should our car park be full we recommend that you use the nearest NCP located in Regency Square. Alternatively, metered parking is available on the sea front.

Follow the A23 from London towards Brighton. As you approach Brighton, take the A2010 exit towards the seafront. Continue on A2010/Kings Road, and you will find The Kings Hotel, 139-141 Kings Rd, Brighton and Hove, BN1 2NA.
From London Victoria Station
Take a train to Brighton Station. Trains run frequently and the journey takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at Brighton Station, you can either take a taxi to 139-141 Kings Rd or catch a local bus.
From London Charing Cross / London Bridge
Take a train to Brighton Station. Trains to Brighton from Charing Cross or London Bridge take around 1 hour. Once at Brighton Station, you can take a taxi or a local bus to your destination.
From London Blackfriars / St Pancras
Take a train to Brighton Station, which takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. After arriving at Brighton Station, proceed to your destination by either taxi or local bus.
From Brighton Station
Take local buses 7, 14, or 27 towards Hove and get off at the Brunswick Street West stop. From there, it’s a short walk to 139-141 Kings Rd.
